What health and safety procedures are being followed in the bakery?
Our bakeries frequently clean and sanitize high-contact areas, perform frequent handwashing, instruct any team member who is feeling sick to stay home and have temporarily paused cake sampling. Additionally, some bakeries may encourage social distancing and have an in-bakery guest capacity in place. Check your local bakery for delivery and curbside pickup options for added comfort.

What are the prices of your cakes?

Can I order less than a dozen Bundtinis®?
At this time, Bundtinis® can only be purchased by the dozen, but are perfect for sharing with friends and family!
What are your frosting options?
Everybody likes to enjoy their Bundt Cakes a little differently. For all of our cake sizes, you can choose to enjoy them with regular, extra or no frosting. If you would like an alternative to our signature frosting petals, our 8” and 10” Bundt Cakes can be topped with our drizzle frosting design or, for a lighter touch, a light drizzle.
Are your bakeries nut-free facilities?
Some of the flavors we offer contain products such as peanuts or tree nuts that are consistently present in our bakeries. In addition, some of our ingredients are manufactured in plants that process nuts. We do our best to control cross-contamination, but cannot guarantee that it does not happen.
Do you have a gluten-free cake?
Our Chocolate Chip Cookie Bundt Cake is our only flavor that is made with gluten-free ingredients. However, it is not baked in a gluten-free environment. Size and availability can vary, so we suggest you contact your preferred bakery.
Do you have a dairy-free cake?
You’re in luck! Carrot, which is always on our menu, and Pumpkin Spice, an annual seasonal flavor, are considered dairy-free when requested with no frosting.
Do you have any egg-free cakes?
Unfortunately, we do not bake any egg-free cakes.
Do you have any sugar-free cakes?
Unfortunately, we do not bake any sugar-free cakes.

Are your Bakeries Kosher Certified?
Some of our Bakeries are Kosher Certified. Please call your local Bakery to see if they hold a certification.

Do I have to pre-order my cake or do you take walk-in orders?
Cake right away? We like your style! Due to high demand of our delicious flavors, we have select sizes and flavors of cakes available for walk-ins at our bakeries. However, we recommend placing your order ahead of time for your favorite flavor and our decorated cakes!
How do I pre-order my cake? Is payment required upfront or at the time of pickup?
Pre-orders are accepted online and over the phone and may require payment upon ordering. Find your local bakery to get your order started!
How do I get my cake?
In order to provide the best experience for you, most bakeries offer in-bakery pickup, delivery, or no-contact delivery. Please let us know your preference when you place your order.
Do you use delivery services from third-parties?
Our Bundt Cakes are precious cargo. Though we do work through select third-party services, most of our bakeries personally deliver to make sure your cakes arrive in perfect condition!
Can I change my pickup or delivery time?
To coordinate a new pickup or delivery time, please reach out to the bakery where your order was placed.
I forgot to pick up my cake order yesterday! Can I still pick it up today?
We get it, things happen! Please reach out to the bakery where your order was placed to discuss your options.
Is there a limit to how much cake I can order?
No way, more cake means more joy! For larger orders over $250, please contact your preferred bakery.
Do you offer special pricing on large orders?
We recommend reaching out to your preferred bakery as pricing options vary.
Do you offer shipping?
Sending some joy? Since our shipping options vary by location, we recommend reaching out to the bakery closest to your desired destination.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We understand things happen! In the event you need to change or cancel an order, please contact the bakery where you placed your order.

How do I join your eClub?
Let’s sweeten up your inbox! Only individuals who are at least thirteen (13) years old with an active email address can join by going to www.nothingbundtcakes.com/eclub or signing up in your local bakery. Please note that parents/legal guardians are unable to register on behalf of their children, as we need to ensure that each individual signing up for the eClub meets the eligibility requirements for the program.
How do I redeem promotions/offers I receive (Free Birthday Bundtlet, Buy One Bundtlet Get One Bundtlet Free, etc.)?
To redeem your sweet deals, please visit your preferred bakery and present your offer to a team member. You may also be asked to present your ID for the Free Birthday Bundtlet offer. At this time, we are unable to accept offers online and apologize for any inconvenience.
How do I receive my Free Birthday Bundtlet coupon?
Everyone deserves a Bundtlet on their birthday! eClub members are emailed their Free Birthday Bundtlet coupon one week prior to their birthday provided during eClub signup. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your junk and SPAM folders. Otherwise, please provide general feedback about Nothing Bundt Cakes at www.nbclistens.smg.com/.
Do you offer any exclusive discounts (e.g. military, first responders, teachers, nurses, students, senior citizens, etc.)?
Discounts vary by location, so we recommend contacting your local bakery for more information. For all other promotions/offers, join our eClub!
Do you have a loyalty program?
We’re honored you love our cakes so much! Some of our bakeries offer a loyalty card that is exclusive to that location. You can reach out to your local bakery to find out more about their loyalty program.

Can I purchase a gift card online?
What a great way to give joy! At this time, purchasing gift cards online is not available but can be bought at any of our bakeries. Gift cards may be purchased in any denomination up to $1,000. If you need to purchase a large quantity of gift cards, we recommend contacting your preferred bakery to confirm availability. Please note, gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
Can I redeem my gift card online?
At this time, gift cards cannot be redeemed when placing an order online, but we are happy to accept them in any of our bakeries.
