Do I need baking or restaurant experience?
While prior multi-unit ownership and operations experience in food service is not required, it is strongly desired. Ultimately, We are looking for passionate owner/operators or investors with strong operators in mind—people who can lead a team, follow a system, and share our love for bringing joy through cake.
Training & Support
What kind of training and support do franchisees receive?
Every franchise owner goes through comprehensive training that covers bakery operations, marketing, guest experience, and team management. Once open, you’ll receive ongoing support from our corporate team, including field visits, marketing resources, and operational guidance every step of the way.
How long does it take to open?
From the time you sign your Franchise Agreement, most bakeries open within 9 to 12 months—depending on factors like site selection, permitting, and construction timelines.
