Do You have an app?

Yes! The app is available for download at the Apple App store and Google Play store.  You can place orders for pick-up or delivery via the app and sign-up for Nothing Bundt Cakes Rewards, our loyalty program.

What is Bundt Rewards?

Bundt Rewards is our loyalty program where you can earn points towards discounts such as Free Bundt Cakes with every purchase.  

Simply place a pick-up or delivery order via the app and you’ll earn 10 point for every dollar spent.  

Points can be redeemed for free cake and exclusive loyalty member discounts. 

You will earn 500 points as a welcome gift just for signing up and be rewarded a free Individual Bundtlet on your birthday! 

Note: Points may only be redeemed for rewards on orders placed on the App at this time.

How do I sign up for Bundt Rewards?

  • Download the Nothing Bundt Cakes app from the Apple App Store or Google Play store.
  • Upon launching the app, you’ll be prompted to create an account 
  • Note: If you already have a Thanx account, you will be asked to sign-in via a magic link sent to your email inbox.
  • Once you create your account, you will have the option to add a saved credit card. This allows you to automatically earn points for all App and in-bakery purchases whenever the saved card is used.

It’s that simple! You’re now a member of the Bundt Rewards program! 

Do my points expire?

Your points will expire 12 months after your last qualifying purchase. This means you have 12 months to redeem your points towards a reward before they expire.  Any expired points can be viewed under the “Notifications” page.  

If my order is cancelled, what happens to my points that were earned? 

If your order is cancelled or refunded for any reason, any points earned will remain in your account. 

Can I save multiple credit cards to earn points?

Yes! Any card you have registered to your account will earn points at participating locations. You can register as many cards as you like. 
At this time, you can earn points with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Some cards may not accrue points (the card companies sometimes don't send us notifications for pre-paid cards, Apple Cards, cards issued outside the US, etc). If that happens, or if you use a non-supported credit card, just send us a snapshot of the receipt and we'll add the purchase to your account. 

What if I don’t want to save my credit card? Can I still earn points?

If you don’t want to save your credit card, you can still collect points manually by uploading your in-bakery receipts.  Select “Upload Receipts” from the menu navigation in the app.  Once your receipt is uploaded and verified, your points will automatically be loaded into your account.  This may take up to 24 hours.  

How do I upload a receipt? 

For Android 
From the rewards page, click on "Send Photo Of Receipt". Then, attach a photo, fill out the amount, date, and payment type, and hit 'Submit Receipt'. 
For Apple iOS 
From the rewards page, click the 'More' tab then "Send Photo Of Receipt". Then, attach a photo, fill out the amount, date, and payment type, and hit 'Submit Receipt'.  
Take a photo of your receipt to attach it; be sure that it's legible and well lit so our team can read it- we need to see the location address, date, amount, and method of payment. 
Important things to remember: 

  • Ensure the bakery name, date, amount and payment method used are visible. 
  • Be sure you select the proper payment type (last 4 of your linked card, cash, other card). 
  • We try to review receipts within 24 hours. Depending on the volume it may take as long as 72 hours to approve your receipt. Holidays can also affect this turnaround time. 

Note: if you click the 'Upload Photo' button and nothing happens, go to your phone settings to check to be sure that you have permissions to access photos from your phone turned ON (on Apple iOS this appears as 'Read and Write')

Why was my receipt denied?  

Our team needs to verify your payment type, which can help us identify why your credit didn't show up automatically. Additionally, make sure the date, amount of purchase, and bakery location are included on the receipt. 
Be sure you select the proper payment type 

We ask that you select the card you paid with (or cash). If you paid with an Apple Card, gift card/store credit, or a card not linked to your account, select 'Other' for the payment method. 
You do not earn points for a purchase made with a gift card 

However, you earn points when you purchase one (to avoid double points being earned by the purchaser and the gift card receiver).  
We accept receipts dated up to 2 weeks before you signed up with the loyalty program 

If you enroll a card and immediately make a purchase with it (or enroll it immediately after making one) we may not receive a real-time notification from Visa/MasterCard/Amex. In these cases, the credit may still arrive after a few days. In such cases, we may not review your receipt until after this period has expired. 
Note: Only submit one receipt at a time- we cannot accept multiple receipts on one submission

How do I redeem my points towards rewards?  

Once you’ve accumulated enough points, you can redeem rewards through the App during the checkout process.  

Add the item associated with the reward you’d like to redeem to your cart.   

Once item is added, go to cart where rewards will appear at the top.  If you have multiple rewards, you can swipe left and right in the cart to view them.   

Tap the “Apply reward” toggle on the reward you would like to redeem.  

Reward will apply and continue with the checkout process. 

Do rewards expire?  

Yes, some rewards do expire and must be redeemed within a designated timeframe.   

Birthday Reward (Free Individual Bundtlet): Expires 14 days after earning it.  

Rewards that require you to use your points for redemption do not expire if they are visible within the Rewards page.  However, rewards are subject to change or may only be available for a limited time. 

Can I use multiple rewards within a single order?  

At this time, we limit reward redemption to one per order.  

How can I change my birthday?  

If you would like to update your Birthday, you may do so under Menu > Account.  Please note, that while your Birthday can be changed anytime, you will receive no more than 1 birthday reward within a 365 day time period.  

Can I change my preferred bakery?  

No, during the account creation process, you will select your Preferred Bakery and you will not be able to change it a later time. 

If my order is cancelled, what happens to any points that may have been redeemed towards a reward?

Sorry, points will be lost and cannot be returned to the account.  

How far back before I sign up can I earn credit for my purchases? 

You can upload receipts 2 weeks prior to signing up.  Receipts dated further back than 2 weeks will not be honored and points will not be earned.

How do I change my phone number?

To change the contact phone number for online ordering in your app, please click on the top middle of the page where you see the selected location. This will bring you to the 'Preferences' page. Next, scroll down to the bottom where it says "Phone", enter or change the contact phone number you want to be associated with your next online order and then click 'Update order'. 

How do I add or delete credit cards in the app? 

To add a new card or to delete your registered cards for in-store loyalty, go into the menu in the upper left corner of the screen, and click on "SAVED CARDS”. 

Click on 'Edit' in the upper right corner and from here you will be able to delete your linked cards. 

Click on 'Add a new card' at the bottom of the screen to add your card. 

What if I have a saved card linked to another loyalty program?

If you have a card linked to another loyalty program within the Thanx network, after entering your email and verification via the magic link, you can view any previously saved cards but to use the saved card for a purchase, you will need to re-enter the CVV.

Why can’t I add a credit card in the app? 

When you enroll a card with the app we send the card number directly from your phone to the card network (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) and they enroll it. They then notify us that your card was enrolled (they don't send us the card number itself). 

When you attempt to add a card, it's possible that the card network will reject it, and the messaging returned as to why can be somewhat vague for security purposes. Here are some reasons that may result in your card being rejected: 

Your card is already enrolled 

This often happens when two people share a card. It also often happens when you already have an account (for example, you signed up a month or two ago and then signed up again accidentally). If you suspect you may have two accounts, reach out to our support team so we can assist you. 

Your card has expired 

If your enrolled card has expired and you try to enroll a new card with the same card number, your new card will be rejected. Once you remove your expired card from your account, you will be able to enroll your new card. 

Your card is not supported  

We do not currently accept Discover cards. Some Visa, MasterCard, and Amex cards may be rejected if they are pre-paid, corporate, or issued outside the US. This isn't up to us; it's the policies of the card networks. We do not currently support Apple Card. If you use a card that you are unable to enroll with your account, please submit your receipts through the app and we'll make sure to credit your account.
