Can I change, cancel, or request a refund my order after it has been placed?
We understand things happen! In the event you need to change, cancel, or request a refund on an order, please contact the bakery where you placed your order. Please note, cancellation and refund policies may differ by bakery and you may not be entitled to a refund.

Do I have to pre-order my cake, or does Nothing Bundt Cakes® take walk-in orders? 
Cake right away? We like your style! Due to high demand of our delicious flavors, we have select sizes and flavors of cakes available for walk-ins at our bakeries. However, we recommend placing your order ahead of time for your favorite flavor and our decorated cakes! 

How do I pre-order my cake? Is payment required upfront or at the time of pickup? 
Pre-orders are accepted online and over the phone and may require payment upon ordering. Find your local bakery to get your order started! 

How do I get my cake? 
In order to provide the best experience for you, most bakeries offer in-bakery pickup, delivery, or curbside pickup. Please let us know your preference when you place your order. 

Does Nothing Bundt Cakes® offer shipping? 
Sending some joy? Since our shipping options vary by location, we recommend reaching out to the bakery closest to your desired destination.

Yes, most of our bakeries offer delivery for your convenience. Most bakeries own dedicated delivery vans and will make sure your cakes arrive in perfect condition!

How much is the delivery fee?  
Delivery fee varies by location.  Delivery fee will be clearly stated during checkout when you place an online order.  If you’re placing a phone order, your local bakery will be able to provide you with more information.
