About Bundtastic Rewards

What is Bundtastic Rewards?

Bundtastic Rewards™ is our free loyalty program available online, in the bakery and in the Nothing Bundt Cakes app where you earn points toward rewards, such as free and discounted cake. Members get 10 points for every $1 spent on cake and retail purchases, gift cards and delivery that originates in bakery. Members also get a free individual Bundtlet on their birthday, as well as benefits such as bonus points opportunities, Member Happy Hours and Member Appreciation Days.

Do you have an app?

Yes! The app is available for download at the Apple App store and Google Play store. You can place orders for pick up or delivery via the app and sign up for Bundtastic Rewards, our free loyalty program.

How do I sign up for Bundtastic Rewards?
  1. In Bakery – You can enroll using your phone number or email address on the screen at the Guest Facing Display in bakery.
  2. Online – You can also enroll by visiting https://www.nothingbundtcakes.com/bundtastic-rewards
  3. Mobile App - Download the free Nothing Bundt Cakes app from the Apple App store or Google Play store.
I live in Canada, can I join Bundtastic Rewards?

Bundtastic Rewards is only available in the US at this time.

About Points

How do I earn points?

Members earn points for all cake purchases, retail purchases, gift card purchases, fundraising orders, and delivery orders, exclusive of taxes or fees, when you log in to your Bundtastic Rewards account prior to completing your purchase online, in bakery or in the app.

I forgot to log in to my account prior to my purchase, can I request my points?

No. We are unable to award points retroactively, so it is important that you are logged into your Bundtastic Rewards account before you complete your order.

What activities do not earn points?
  • Orders placed on third-party sites (ezCater, DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub)
  • Any fees, such as a delivery fee or digital fee, or sales tax
  • Purchases made with a Nothing Bundt Cakes gift card
Can I still earn points by uploading a receipt?

No. Receipt upload functionality in the app is no longer available.

Do I still earn points with my linked credit card?

No. Linked credit cards no longer automatically earn points automatically on purchases. You can keep your credit cards registered in the app to expedite payment for app purchases.

Do my points expire?

Yes. Your points will expire 12 months after your last qualifying purchase. In other words, to keep your points active, you will need to make at least one qualifying purchase in the following 12 months.

If my order is cancelled, what happens to my points that were earned?

If your order is cancelled or refunded by Nothing Bundt Cakes for any reason, any points earned will remain in your account.

Redeeming Rewards

How do I redeem my points towards Rewards?

Once you've accumulated enough points, you can redeem rewards online, in the bakery or in the app during the checkout process if you log into your Bundtastic Rewards account during the checkout process.

Online and In the App

First, log in to your Bundtastic Rewards account online or in the app. Then add the item associated with the reward you'd like to redeem to your cart. Once the item is added, go to cart where eligible rewards will appear. If you have multiple rewards, you can swipe left and right in the cart to view them. Select Apply Reward toggle on the reward you would like to redeem. Reward will apply and continue with the checkout process. Make sure you have your desired items in your cart before redeeming.

In the Bakery

Enter your phone number or email address on the check-in screen on the Guest-facing POS to earn points and redeem rewards during the checkout process. Your eligible reward(s) will appear on the screen. Select the reward you would like to redeem. Reward will apply and continue with the checkout process. Make sure you have your desired items in your cart before redeeming.

Do Rewards expire?

Yes, the Birthday Reward (Free Individual Bundtlet): Must be redeemed between seven (7) days before and seven(7) days after the Member’s birthday at any Nothing Bundt Cake Bakery.
Other rewards will remain available in your account until redeemed on an order or until the expiration date has been reached.

Can I use multiple rewards in a single order?

One reward redemption per order at this time.

Personal Info & Security

How do I add or delete credit cards in the app?

To add or delete a card, start at the top left Menu, choose Account, select Registered Credit/Debit Cards, click Edit, and add or delete the cards you prefer.

How do I change my registered credit card?

You can remove any of your registered credit cards by visiting your account, selecting Registered Credit/Debit Cards, clicking Edit, and deleting any cards you prefer.

Why can't I add a credit card in the app?

Here are some reasons that may result in your card being rejected.

  • Your card has expired. If your credit card has expired it will be rejected. Once you remove your expired card from your account, you will be able to enroll your new card.
  • Your card is not supported. Some Visa, Mastercard, and Amex cards may be rejected if they are pre-paid cards, corporate cards, or issued outside the US. Discover Card is not accepted.

Do you share my personal information?

No, we do not share your personal information with anyone.
